Nexia NS 420 is designed to optimize washing treatments of ready made garments either by pumice stone or enzymatic wash.Nexia NS 420 is a robust and silent washing machine, designed to reduce consumption of water, energy and chemical elements, for a more sustainable, environmentally-friendly production cycle.
The machine features a pre-extractor. A special feature is the innovative “patent pending” system of drum and beaters.The drum is made of 5 mm thick AISI stainless steel, properly perforated to guarantee a perfect cycle of the bath inside the drum.The thick support shaft is made from a single metal casting to guarantee long machine life. The complete drum shaft block is held up by a specific supports installed at the rear to enable easy access for maintenance.The front of the machine is made entirely of stainless steel.

NRAY2 is a latest generation laser marking machine complete with a new high speed scanning head. NRAY2 can be used to repro- duce special effects such as customised patterns, images, brands, whiskers and sandblasting effects on denim and fabric garments and pieces.The laser combines high speed with optimal quality of performance.The laser source is installed on a rotating bearing structure. The mannequin unit and the conveyor system are mounted on a lower base. The mannequin unit and the conveyor system are protected by transparent shields fitted with safety devices in compliance with regulations in force. The operator workstation is designed for maximum “safety” and “efficiency”.
